Intro Membership

Winter-Spring 2026 · February 16 – March 29, 2026 (6 Weeks)

Enrollment opens January 5, 2026

The Intro Membership is a six-week entry point into the Zenyasa Wellness ecosystem, designed to help you experience the weekly rhythm, teaching style, and community without committing to a full semester.

What's Included

During this six-week cycle, you’ll have access to the complete weekly schedule, including Zenyasa Foundations, Zenyasa 5-Elements, Meditation Explorations, Journaling Explorations, and ACT Essentials. You’re welcome to attend as many sessions as feel supportive, with replays available for all classes.

Access, Scheduling, & Enrollment Details

The Intro Membership provides access to all included live classes and course materials during the six-week program period.

  • Live classes follow a weekly schedule, with multiple offerings across movement, meditation, journaling, and coaching
  • You’re welcome to attend live whenever possible, and all sessions are recorded for replay
  • Course materials and recordings remain available for 90 days from the date of enrollment, allowing time for review and integration beyond the live series

Because access to digital materials and course content is provided immediately upon enrollment, this membership is non-refundable once access has been granted.

This membership is designed to support flexibility, not pressure — you’re encouraged to participate in a way that fits your life and capacity.

Who is the Intro Membership For?

This program is a good fit if you are:

  • returning to practice after time away
  • easing into a steady weekly rhythm, or
  • exploring the Zenyasa Wellness approach before committing to a full semester.

This is a complete, standalone experience — not a trial. At the end of the six weeks, you’re invited (but never required) to continue into a full semester membership if it feels like the right next step.

Each included course has its own dedicated page where you can explore full descriptions, schedules, and what you’ll practice and learn.
