A Seasonal, Structured Pathway

Each year at Zenyasa Wellness is divided into four 12-week semesters, each containing two 6-week modules.

This structure allows you to:

  • join at the beginning of any module 
  • follow a full seasonal arc  
  • explore Resilience Skills, Inner Wisdom practices, or both  
  • build a year-round rhythm of steady inner work

What's Offered Each Semester

Every semester features a curated mix of programs drawn from the three Zenyasa Wellness pathways.

Below is an example of the Spring Semester schedule (February–April):

Spring 1 (Weeks 1-6)

All class times listed are in EST.

Mondays:
10:30am — DBT Mindfulness

Tuesdays:
10:30am — Zenyasa® Foundations
7:00pm — Conversations with Your Higher Self (Journaling)  

Wednesdays:
10:30am — Zenyasa® 5-Element Flow

Thursdays:
10:30am — Sit Like a Buddha (Meditation)
7:00pm — DBT Mindfulness (Cohort 2)  

Saturdays:
10:30am — Zenyasa® Foundations
12:30pm — Zenyasa® 5-Element Flow

Spring 2 (Weeks 7-12)
