The practice centers around a simple but powerful two-step process: first expressing the voice of your “lower mind” — the reactive part of you that’s overwhelmed, anxious, or unsure — and then responding from your Higher Self, the wise, grounded inner voice that sees with greater clarity and compassion.  

This is not therapy, not coaching, and not a writing course. It is a contemplative practice designed to help you slow down, calm your nervous system, hear yourself more clearly, and reconnect with the steadier inner place you can trust.
