
This free, live online gathering is an open invitation to reconnect, practice together briefly, and get a clearer sense of how Zenyasa Wellness has evolved.
The session will run for approximately 75 minutes.
During our time together, we’ll explore a few different practices, including movement, meditation, and reflective journaling, along with a brief introduction to ACT-informed coaching. I’ll then share how these pieces fit together in the upcoming 6-Week Intro Membership beginning February 16, as well as the a la carte options that are available.
There’s no expectation to sign up for anything afterward. This gathering is simply a chance to experience the tone and approach of the work, ask questions, and see whether any of it feels supportive for you right now.
