"Keeping your body healthy is an expression of gratitude to the whole cosmos — the trees, the clouds, everything."

– Thich Nhat Hanh

w/Swedish Massage

A full-body relaxation massage is ideal for people primarily seeking to reduce overall physical tension, release stress and relax. The pressure is light to moderately deep, based on client comfort, and includes more gliding and flowing techniques. Great for those new to massage, as well as those who prefer lighter pressure.

Melt Away Tension
w/Hot Stone Massage

A hot stone massage is perfect for those looking to melt away deep-seated tension and achieve a profound sense of relaxation. Similar to a Swedish relaxation massage, but with the addition of smooth, heated stones that enhance the overall experience as the warmth of the stones helps to relax the muscles more deeply.

Loosen Up
w/Deep Tissue Massage

A full-body deep tissue massage with flowing and kneading techniques to warm up the body, followed by cross-fiber friction against the grain of the muscle, muscular stripping along the length of the muscle, and deep compression against the muscle bellies and skeletal attachments in order to penetrate and release tension in deeper muscle layers, reduce fascial adhesions, and address pain-causing trigger points.

Decrease Pain
w/Medical Massage

Medical massage is a therapeutic session designed to help relieve chronic musculoskeletal pain or discomfort in specific areas. The initial consultation is 75-minutes and includes discussion, postural assessment, and range-of-motion testing to learn more about the history and possible contributing factors, followed by a massage that incorporates neuromuscular therapy and active release techniques, as well as functional exercise recommendations designed to address the imbalances discovered. Follow-up sessions are 45-minutes and are recommended 2-3x per week for a few weeks in order to tone down hyperactive trigger points and maximize the benefits of the treatment.

Flow & Glow
w/Lymphatic Drainage Massage

Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) is a gentle form of massage that stimulates the flow of lymph fluid in order to reduce swelling, boost immunity, and improve circulation. It can benefit conditions like lymphedema, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome, and other autoimmune disorders. MLD is also great if you have undergone elective surgery (e.g., lyposuction, tummy tuck, breast augmentation, etc.) as it can help help with post-operative swelling, reduce pain, and promote faster recovery.

Be sure to add dry brushing when you book if you want a complete detox experience!

Add-On Services

I also offer a couple of add-on services for an additional fee, which you can select when you book your session.

(aka Decompression Therapy)

Cupping is an alternative therapeutic approach that uses negative pressure to create suction on the body, which can help release tension, loosen fascial adhesions, break up scar tissue, increase blood circulation, and promote the free flow of Qi through the major meridian pathways.

Available as an add-on for deep tissue massage.

Dry Brushing
for Detoxification

Dry brushing helps to remove dead skin cells, improve circulation, and prepare your body for the benefits of lymphatic drainage. Ideal for those seeking a comprehensive approach to detox and rejuvenation, leaving your skin smooth, vibrant, and revitalized.

Available as an add-on for lymphatic drainage massage.

Read What Some of My Massage Clients Are Saying...

Nick Sisodia
VP, RSE Ventures

"Jason is exceptional. One of the highest body IQs of anyone I've worked with, he got rid of chronic lower back pain (SI area) that had been lingering for ~5 months. After a decade of orthopedic surgeries and sessions with 10+ PTs over the years, no one comes close to Jason in diagnosing the root cause of pain. I'm a big question-asker and his anatomy & physiology knowledge is second to none. Would recommend to anyone."

Jamye Brown
CFO, Clifton Larsen Allen

"So glad someone referred Jason to me! He is fantastic and has helped me manage a chronic problem I have had for a long time. I not only feel much better, but have learned so much about my anatomy and how to manage some of the triggers. I can't recommend Jason enough and feel so lucky to have met him. He is excellent!!!"

Lindsey Liberatore
Yoga Teacher

"I look for very specific qualities in a bodyworker: curiosity, knowledge and listening skills. I was pleasantly surprised to find that he not only embodies the aforementioned standards, but surpasses them. In just one session, he identified a maladaptive movement pattern that everyone else had missed and my shoulder began to heal!  I consider Jason a mentor and recommend him to all of my clients, students and friends!"

Sydney Lloyd Smith
Film Maker

"I have been to a fair number of massage therapists over the past 35 years, and there are only two that I would rank of the highest quality. Jason Brown is one of them. Apart from his extensive knowledge of the body, Jason has an unusual ability to listen intently both to the words and to unspoken body language of his clients. He is sensitive and attentive, and is always focused on my needs in order to intuit what will be the most beneficial for my specific condition, that day. I recommend him highly."
