Free Introductory Session

A simple way to experience Zenyasa and determine whether it's a good fit for you.

The best way to understand Zenyasa isn't by reading about it. It's by experiencing it.

This free 30-minute introductory session is an opportunity to meet, explore the practice, and get a feel for whether it resonates with you.  

No prior experience is required.


What We'll Do

During our time together, we'll:

  • talk briefly about your interests, goals, and any questions you may have 
  • explore the basic principles behind the practice 
  • move through a short Zenyasa sequence together 
  • discuss how the practice might fit into your life

The session is informal, experiential, and tailored to where you are right now.

  • want a movement practice that supports mobility, nervous system regulation, and long-term physical resilience
