Course Summary

Meditation Explorations is a weekly live group designed to help you build a steady, embodied relationship with meditation — without pressure to sit for long periods, empty your mind, or practice perfectly.
 
Each session offers a supportive space to explore short, guided meditation practices and to notice how different approaches land in your body, nervous system, and inner experience. Rather than focusing on a single method, this series emphasizes experiential learning, curiosity, and discernment.  

Sessions include guided meditation, gentle somatic grounding, and spacious group reflection. Between sessions, you’ll receive brief email notes with simple guidance to support continuity of practice and integration into daily life.  

This course invites you to slow down, listen inward, and discover what genuinely supports steadiness, clarity, and presence for you.


Who This Course is For

This course may be a good fit if you:

  • Want to build a meditation practice that feels accessible and humane 
  • Feel intimidated, overwhelmed, or discouraged by traditional meditation approaches 
  • Are curious about different meditation styles and how they affect your nervous system  
  • Prefer guided, relational learning rather than silent or self-directed practice  
  • Want a steady weekly rhythm without committing to a full membership

No prior meditation experience is required.


What You’ll Practice and Learn

Through this six-week exploration, you’ll learn how to:

  • Develop a meditation rhythm that feels natural and sustainable 
  • Settle the nervous system and rest attention in the body  
  • Relate more skillfully to thoughts, emotions, and inner experience  
  • Cultivate presence, patience, and emotional steadiness  
  • Access a quieter inner space from which clarity and wise action can emerge

Each session is structured around brief, accessible practices (typically 10–15 minutes at a time), allowing you to explore meditation without strain or pressure.


Weekly Live Sessions

Each 60-minute session includes:

  • Two different guided meditation practices 
  • Gentle somatic grounding and embodied awareness  
  • Time for reflection, questions, and group dialogue

Exploring multiple approaches within a single session allows you to compare experiences, build discernment, and begin trusting your own inner feedback about what truly supports you.


Course Curriculum

Access & Scheduling

  • You’ll receive immediate access to the course welcome materials after enrolling 
  • Weekly lessons and live class links unlock on schedule as the series begins  
  • All live sessions are recorded, and replays are available throughout the course

You’re welcome to attend live whenever possible, but you’ll never be penalized for missing a session.

Course access remains available for 90 days from the date of enrollment, allowing time for review, reflection, and integration beyond the live series.

Because access to digital materials and course content is provided immediately upon enrollment, this program is non-refundable once access has been granted.
