Inner Wisdom

Meditation & Mindfullness

A contemplative space to slow down, reflect, and explore a variety of meditation and mindfulness techniques.

This may be right for you if you want:

  • To cultivate a consistent meditation rhythm
  • Support bringing mindfulness into daily life
  • A dogma-free place to explore multiple techniques
  • An opportunity to explore insights within community

6-Week All-Access Pass

$397 • Access to All Three Weekly Programs

If you’re drawn to two or more of the weekly offerings, the All-Access Pass is often the most practical and economical choice.

Enrolling separately in any two programs ranges from $344–$494.  With the All-Access Pass, you receive access to all three programs:

  • Resilience Coaching — DBT Mindfulness Coaching 
  • Embodied Movement — Zenyasa®
  • Inner Wisdom — Meditation & Mindfulness Explorations

For many participants, this effectively means a third weekly session at little or no additional cost.

You’re welcome to attend all three each week — or simply keep the flexibility to participate in the sessions that support you most.
