Why DBT Mindfulness?

DBT Mindfulness offers something different. It teaches you how to:

What You’ll Learn

Over six weeks, you’ll practice the core DBT mindfulness skills in a structured, supportive environment.

 You’ll learn how to:

  • Notice thoughts, emotions, and sensations without getting pulled into them
  • Create space between stimulus and response
  • Strengthen Wise Mind — the balanced awareness at the heart of DBT
  • Build present-moment skills that support emotional regulation
  • Work with inner criticism and judgment more skillfully
  • Feel more grounded and steady in daily life and relationships

Each week builds on the last, offering repeatable tools you can return to whenever you need clarity.


How the 6-Weeks Work

This is a live, small-group coaching cohort designed for depth, practice, and integration.

Each week includes:

  • One 90-minute live session via Zoom
  • Structured DBT skill instruction
  • Guided mindfulness practices
  • Experiential exercises and reflection
  • Time for questions within a steady, supportive container

You’ll also receive access to a companion online course that includes short lessons and practice prompts to support learning between sessions.
 
Live sessions are offered in two weekly time options. You’ll choose one primary cohort for consistency, with flexibility to attend the alternate time occasionally if needed.  

All sessions are recorded and available for replay.  

Course access remains available for 90 days from the date of enrollment to allow time for review and integration.
