DBT Mindfulness & Wise Mind is a six-week group coaching course designed to build the foundational awareness skills at the heart of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
Mindfulness is the cornerstone of DBT because it supports everything else — emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness. In this course, you’ll learn how to slow down, observe your inner experience with clarity, and reconnect with Wise Mind — the grounded inner knowing that emerges when emotion and logic work together rather than compete.
Through structured lessons, guided practices, and group reflection, this course offers a calm, supportive way to build steadiness, presence, and choice in everyday life.

This course teaches the essential DBT mindfulness skills — the practices that help you notice your experience clearly, create space before reacting, and respond with greater wisdom and care.
Over six weeks, you’ll learn how to:
Each week introduces skills in a way that is simple, practical, and repeatable — something you can return to whenever you need steadiness.
Each live session is a 90-minute DBT coaching group and includes:
Sessions are structured and experiential, emphasizing lived practice and real-world application rather than theory alone.
Course access remains available for 120 days from the date of enrollment, allowing time for review, reflection, and integration beyond the live sessions.
Because access to digital materials and course content is provided immediately upon enrollment, this program is non-refundable once access has been granted.
DBT Mindfulness & Wise Mind is offered once or twice per year, and is included in the 2026 Spring/Summer semester membership starting March 30th.
If you’d like to combine resilience skills with movement, meditation, and journaling practices, a membership may offer a more supportive and integrated weekly rhythm.
