New to Zenyasa Wellness?

Start with the 6-Week Intro Pass

For those new to Zenyasa Wellness, the 6-Week Intro Pass offers an accessible entry point into the full ecosystem of practice and support. It’s designed as a structured, supportive on-ramp — allowing you to experience the weekly rhythm, teaching style, and community before committing to a full semester.

During the Intro Pass, you’ll have full access to the complete weekly schedule, including embodied movement practice, meditation and journaling explorations, and resiliency-oriented learning. Many students use this time to reconnect with consistent practice, explore the Zenyasa Wellness approach, and decide whether continuing into a full semester feels like the right next step.

12-Week Semester Passes

Supportive, structured, and flexible — designed to help you build momentum and stay grounded throughout each 12-week semester.
 
Semester passes offer a steady container for ongoing practice and growth, whether you’re joining at the start of a season or continuing after completing the the 6-Week Intro term. Each tier provides a different level of guidance and support, allowing you to choose the structure that best fits your goals, schedule, and season of life.  

Three Pass Levels Are Available:

  • Foundations Pass:  Zenyasa® movement and inner-wisdom practices
  • Resilience Pass: all Foundations benefits plus resiliency skills training (DBT & ACT)  
  • Resilience+ Pass: all Resilience benefits plus personalized 1:1 support

All semester passes follow the same 12-week rhythm and renew each semester, reflecting the cyclical, integrative approach of Zenyasa Wellness.

Semester passes are designed to give you a cohesive, supportive structure across the full 12-week semester — at a significantly lower cost than enrolling in individual classes and programs.
 
When purchased separately, weekly Zenyasa classes, meditation and journaling sessions, and resilience skills programs add up quickly. With an all-access pass, you receive far more support, consistency, and guidance for a fraction of the à la carte cost, along with benefits like class replays, community workshops, and access to a growing resource library.  

All-access passes typically offer 2–3× the value of individual enrollment while helping you stay grounded, accountable, and connected throughout the season.


Spotlight: The Resilience Pass (Signature Offering)

The Resilience Pass is our signature program because it brings together all three embodied wisdom pathways offered at Zenyasa Wellness — embodied movement practice, resilience skills training (DBT & ACT), and inner wisdom practices like meditation and journaling. Together, these three pathways create a structured, whole-person approach to building steadiness, clarity, and emotional resilience.

This tier includes everything in Foundations plus two 6-week resiliency skills programs (DBT or ACT) and the companion micro-courses that support weekly practice and integration.  

If enrolled individually across a semester, these programs would cost well over $1,400 — and that doesn’t include workshops, replays, or the resource library. Through the all-access Resilience Pass, you receive everything plus an entire semester of structured teaching and support for just $497, along with priority access to coaching cohorts and a community environment that makes the skills easier to integrate.  

It’s the most comprehensive and balanced pathway for meaningful, lasting change.

Zenyasa® Progression Guidelines

  • Beginners are encouraged to start with Zenyasa Foundations I, and to continue with Foundations II before joining a 5-Elements class. 
  • Experienced yoga or movement students who are new to Zenyasa® are also encouraged to complete a Foundations series before moving into the 5-Elements classes, in order to develop familiarity with the movement language, philosophy, and core principles of the practice. Alternatively, students enrolled in a membership may attend Foundations classes alongside 5-Elements classes to support a deeper, more integrated experience.  
  • Returning Zenyasa® students may attend any class with teacher approval.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I switch all-access pass levels mid-semester? +
Yes. Upgrades are welcome anytime and take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next semester.
Do you offer a monthly payment plan? +
Yes. All semester passes can be paid in three equal monthly installments, with payments processed at the start of each month. There is no additional fee for choosing the payment plan.
Are drop-in Zenyasa® classes available? +
Not at this time. The Zenyasa® series is taught as a structured, progressive program where each week builds on the last. This ensures safe progression and deeper embodiment. If you prefer more flexibility, the Foundations Membership offers access to the full series without long-term commitment.
What if I start the semester late? +
You may join during the first week of the semester. You’ll receive access to all class replays so you can easily catch up.
What if I miss a class? +
Every class includes replay access, so you can stay on track even when life gets busy or your schedule changes unexpectedly.
Do I need previous experience? +
Most classes and coaching programs are beginner-friendly, and no prior experience is required for meditation, journaling, or DBT/ACT resilience training.

The only exception is the Zenyasa® 5-Element Flow series. Because this course builds on the alignment, sequencing, and somatic awareness skills taught in Zenyasa Foundations, students should either complete the Foundations series first or have meaningful prior experience with the Zenyasa method.

If you're new to Zenyasa®, the Foundations Membership is the perfect place to begin.
Can I participate from any time zone? +
Yes. Live classes are recorded, and replays are typically posted within 24 hours. Many students participate entirely via replay if the live timing doesn’t work for them.
What’s the difference between companion micro-courses and full online courses? +
Companion micro-courses include short lessons and guided practices that support each week of the live coaching program. Full online courses (coming later) are more comprehensive, self-paced, and can be studied independently of live coaching.
Can I mix and match DBT and ACT programs? +
Yes. Resilience and Premium Guided members can choose any combination of DBT and ACT modules each semester.
What is your refund policy? +
Because all-access passes provide immediate access to multiple classes, replays, and resources, all sales are final. If an unexpected situation arises, reach out and we’ll explore options that help you stay supported.
