Each live course runs for six weeks and meets on Zoom in a small, supportive group setting. Courses are designed to stand on their own, allowing you to join one class at a time or combine practices that support you most right now.
You might choose a single course for focused support, or explore multiple classes across different areas — such as movement, mindfulness, journaling, or resilience skills — depending on your needs and availability.
