About Live Courses

Each live course runs for six weeks and meets on Zoom in a small, supportive group setting. Courses are designed to stand on their own, allowing you to join one class at a time or combine practices that support you most right now.

You might choose a single course for focused support, or explore multiple classes across different areas — such as movement, mindfulness, journaling, or resilience skills — depending on your needs and availability.

Courses are offered within a seasonal structure:

  • An Intro Membership term for newcomers 
  • A Spring / Summer semester divided into two six-week terms

You’re welcome to join any course individually. If you’re looking for a more comprehensive experience, semester memberships provide full access to all live courses offered during each term.

Intro Membership Term

This period is designed to welcome newcomers into the Zenyasa Wellness approach, with supportive, accessible classes that can be taken on their own or combined based on your interests and availability.

Zenyasa® Foundations

ACT Essentials

Zenyasa® Foundations I

An introduction to the core elements of the Zenyasa® method, including centering practices, joint mobilization routines, and breath-coordinated movement sequences designed to warm up the body and build strength.

Zenyasa® 5-Elements

This class  offers a full exploration of the Earth, Metal, Water, Wood, and Fire element themes. Each theme has a different strengthen and stretch focus designed to cultivate muscular and energetic balance in the body.

DBT Mindfulness

This program teaches the essential DBT mindfulness skills — practices that help you notice your inner experience with clarity, pause before reacting, and strengthen your Wise Mind.

Building on Foundations I, in this course you'll be introduced to the 5-Element framework. Each week helps deepen your understanding of how each elemental theme shapes Zenyasa® sequencing.
