Spring 2026 Schedule

A seasonal, structured rhythm to support your practice, growth, and inner steadiness.

Each semester at Zenyasa Wellness follows a clear 12-week structure, divided into two 6-week modules. This seasonal rhythm helps you move through the work in a steady, grounded way — with enough spaciousness to learn, practice, and integrate each skill or movement pattern.

How the Spring Semester Works

The Spring Semester is divided into two 6-week modules:

Spring 1 (Weeks 1–6)
A focused first half of the semester where we build foundations — whether in movement (Zenyasa Foundations + Flow), mindfulness (DBT Mindfulness), or inner practice (Sit Like a Buddha, Journaling with Your Higher Self, the 5 Mindfulness Trainings).

Spring 2 (Weeks 7–12)
A deepening second half of the semester, where we continue progressing through the Zenyasa® movement practice, bring in the next DBT module (Emotion Regulation), and shift the Inner Wisdom offerings to align with the needs of late-spring energy (Living in Harmony: a Vegan Path)

This modular structure allows you to join for a full 12-week semester, or enroll in just a 6-week module when you prefer a shorter commitment.

Pathways

Every offering at Zenyasa Wellness supports one of three interconnected pathways:

  • Embodied Practice: movement-based classes that build steadiness, strength, mobility, and somatic awareness. Offerings include Zenyasa® Foundations and Zenyasa® 5-Element Flow
  • Resilience Skills: mindfulness-based emotional and psychological tools for navigating real-life challenges. Offerings in the Spring semester include DBT Mindfulness and DBT Emotion Regulation.
  • Inner Wisdom:  practices that cultivate clarity, compassion, insight, and alignment with your deeper values. Offerings include Sit Like a Buddha, Become Like a Buddha; Conversations with Your Higher Self; Cultivating Wisdom & Compassion; and Living in Harmony: A Vegan Path

Future Semester Rotations

Some programs run every semester (e.g., Zenyasa Foundations, 5-Element Flow, Meditation, Journaling, DBT Tracks). Others rotate every other semester to give students a broader developmental arc.

In Summer of  2026, the following courses will alternate into the Inner Wisdom and Resilience Skills pathways:

ACT Essentials (6 Weeks)
A practical introduction to Acceptance and Commitment Training — helping you build psychological flexibility, reduce struggle, and take values-based action even when life feels challenging.

Values Into Action: A 6-Week Life Redesign
A structured, supportive follow-up to ACT Essentials. You’ll clarify what truly matters, identify friction points, simplify your commitments, and redesign your routines so your daily life reflects your deepest values.  These two courses run back-to-back, forming a grounded 12-week arc for students wanting a powerful life-shift experience.
