Each semester at Zenyasa Wellness follows a clear 12-week seasonal rhythm, divided into two 6-week terms. This rhythm gives you enough structure to build consistency — and enough spaciousness to learn, practice, and integrate.
Every offering at Zenyasa Wellness supports one of three interconnected pathways:

During the Intro Membership, you’ll experience the full weekly schedule — including embodied movement practice, meditation and journaling explorations, and resiliency-oriented learning. This allows you to reconnect with consistent practice, experience the teaching style and community, and decide whether you’d like to continue into the Spring/Summer semester.
Many students choose the Intro Membership as a way to:

Each semester is 12 weeks long, divided into two 6-week terms. The weekly schedule remains consistent so you can build a steady rhythm, while select programs shift focus between Term 1 and Term 2.
You’re welcome to:
Each program is designed as a complete experience, so you can begin during either term and still receive meaningful benefit.
Zenyasa Wellness follows a repeating seasonal sequence for the Resilience Skills pathway, allowing students to move through skills in a clear, coherent arc over time. Across the year, the sequence unfolds as follows:
This cycle repeats annually, creating a steady rhythm for learning, practice, and integration.
You may enter the pathway at any point in the sequence, and many students choose to move through the full arc over multiple semesters. The consistent weekly schedule makes it easy to continue from one season to the next.
