Course Summary

Journaling Explorations is a six-week live group experience that teaches a gentle, structured journaling method to support emotional processing, insight, and wise decision-making.

The course introduces a two-phase journaling approach that helps you first discharge emotional intensity, then listen inward for clarity and perspective. Sessions offer a calm, supportive space to explore meaningful themes — such as relationships, vocation, health, daily rhythms, or major life decisions — while developing a sustainable personal journaling practice.

This is not about journaling “correctly,” producing polished writing, or pushing for answers. It’s about creating enough inner spaciousness for insight to emerge naturally.

Who This Course is For

This course may be a good fit if you:

  • Feel emotionally full or mentally crowded and want a safe way to unload and clarify
  • Struggle to tell the difference between fear-based thinking and deeper inner guidance
  • Want to strengthen intuition and self-trust without bypassing real emotions
  • Are navigating decisions, transitions, or inner conflict
  • Appreciate reflective, inward practices grounded in compassion and steadiness

No prior journaling experience is required.

What You’ll Practice and Learn

Through guided weekly sessions, you’ll learn how to:

  • Use a two-phase journaling process to release emotional tension and access deeper insight
  • Distinguish between the voice of fear, habit, or reactivity and the voice of clarity and wisdom
  • Respond to yourself with compassion, steadiness, and perspective
  • Create inner spaciousness that supports thoughtful, values-aligned choices
  • Strengthen trust in intuition and inner knowing
  • Develop a grounding journaling ritual that feels gentle, supportive, and sustainable

Over time, journaling becomes less about problem-solving and more about listening.

Weekly Live Sessions

Each weekly session includes:

  • Guided writing prompts centered on a specific life theme
  • Structured time for emotional discharge and reflective inquiry
  • Gentle guidance on how to work with what arises
  • Optional group reflection and shared learning

Between sessions, you’ll receive brief prompts or reflections to support integration and continuity of practice in daily life.

The pace is intentionally spacious. You’re encouraged to engage at a level that feels supportive rather than demanding.
