What is the Intro Pass?

The 6-Week Intro Pass is a time-limited, all-access pass to the Zenyasa Wellness ecosystem. It’s designed for people who want to begin with structure and support — without the pressure of committing to a full semester.

During the six weeks, you’ll experience the same weekly rhythm offered during a 12-week term, including embodied movement practice, meditation and journaling explorations, and ACT- and DBT-informed resilience skills.  

This pass is a complete experience in itself.
At the end of six weeks, you’re invited — but never required — to continue into the Spring/Summer term if it feels like the right next step.

The 6-Week Pass may be a good fit for you if you’re hoping to:

What’s Included in the 6-Week Intro Pass

For the duration of the 6-week term, you’ll have access to the full weekly rhythm of live classes and support, mirroring the structure of a semester pass.

Weekly Live Classes  
You’re welcome to attend as many sessions as feel supportive, including:

  • ACT Essentials — values-based resilience skills for navigating real life
  • Zenyasa® Foundations — slow, strengthening mindful movement 
  • Zenyasa® 5-Elements — embodied flow exploring the elemental cycle  
  • Meditation Explorations — guided sitting practices and contemplative inquiry  
  • Journaling Explorations — reflective writing to access clarity and inner wisdom  

If you’re new to the Zenyasa® method, you’re encouraged to begin with Zenyasa Foundations, which offers a clear, supportive introduction to the movement language and underlying approach.

Students who have practiced Zenyasa® before may choose to attend Foundations as a refresher and/or join the 5-Elements classes for a more continuous, less explanatory flow.

Ongoing Support
Your Intro Pass also includes:

  • Access to class replays for all live sessions 
  • A consistent weekly rhythm that supports integration and continuity  
  • A small, live cohort environment with guided teaching and reflection

You’re encouraged to engage at your own pace. Some participants attend multiple classes each week, while others choose one or two anchor practices and build from there.
 
The Intro Pass is designed to meet you where you are — offering structure without pressure, and support without overwhelm.

  • Priority invitation to continue into the Spring/Summer term

This is a complete experience — not a trial, preview, or stripped-down version of the program. You’ll receive the same level of teaching, care, and access as longer-term passes, simply within a shorter seasonal container.
 
At the end of the six weeks, you’ll have the option to continue into a 12-week semester pass — with familiarity, momentum, and choice.
