A deeply supportive, personalized pathway for building resilience with guidance, accountability, and one-to-one support.

Overview

The Resilience+ Membership offers the most comprehensive level of support at Zenyasa Wellness. It includes everything in the Resilience Membership — embodied movement, inner wisdom practices, and resiliency skills training — plus individualized guidance and private sessions to help you integrate the work more fully into your life.
 
This tier is designed for students who value structure and personal attention, and who want support translating practice into meaningful, lived change.  

Enrollment is intentionally limited to maintain depth, presence, and care.


What's Included

Everything in the Resilience Membership, plus:

  • One 1:1 session per month (coaching or private Zenyasa® session) 
  • Guided Welcome Packet to support orientation and intention-setting  
  • Personalized practice plan following your first private session  
  • Priority scheduling for 1:1 sessions  20% discount on additional private sessions  
  • Small cohort size (limited to 12 members per semester)

Access, Scheduling, & Enrollment Details

The Resilience+ Membership follows the same seasonal rhythm as all Zenyasa Wellness programs.

  • Live classes and coaching groups follow a weekly schedule across movement, inner practices, and skills training 
  • One private session per month, scheduled directly with Jason
  • Participants typically choose a primary cohort for DBT or ACT groups, with recordings available for flexibility  
  • All live sessions are recorded and available for replay  
  • Course materials and recordings remain available for 120 days from the date of enrollment, allowing time for review and integration beyond the live semester

Because access to digital materials and course content is provided immediately upon enrollment, this program is non-refundable once access has been granted.

This membership is designed to support flexibility, not pressure. You’re encouraged to participate in a way that fits your life and capacity, choosing among available options to create a routine that meets your needs.
