Overview

The Foundations Membership offers a 12-week structure for cultivating steadiness, strength, and presence through consistent embodied and contemplative practice.

Designed for students who want more continuity than a short-term program — but without the added intensity of skills-based resiliency coaching — this membership supports a grounded weekly rhythm across the Zenyasa® movement and Inner Wisdom pathways.  

Whether you’re continuing after the Intro Membership or joining at the start of a new semester, Foundations provides a calm, spacious container for integration, growth, and sustainable practice.


What's Included

During the 12-week semester, you’ll have access to a full schedule of live classes and supportive resources, including:

  • All Zenyasa® movement classes (Foundations I & II and 5-Elements I & II)
  • Weekly Meditation Explorations   
  • Weekly Journaling Explorations  
  • Monthly Community Workshop  
  • Access to a growing Member Resource Library  
  • Replays for all included classes, available throughout the semester

You’re welcome to attend as many sessions as feel supportive — live or via replay — and to shape your participation around your energy, schedule, and needs.


Access, Scheduling, & Enrollment Details

The Foundations Membership follows the same seasonal rhythm as all Zenyasa Wellness programs.

  • Live classes follow a weekly schedule across movement, meditation, and journaling 
  • You’re welcome to attend live whenever possible; all sessions are recorded for replay  
  • Course materials and recordings remain available for 120 days from the date of enrollment, allowing time for review and integration beyond the live semester

Because access to digital materials and course content is provided immediately upon enrollment, this program is non-refundable once access has been granted.

This membership is designed to support flexibility, not pressure. You’re encouraged to participate in a way that fits your life and capacity, choosing among available options to create a routine that meets your needs.

  • Like the idea of adding a guided meditation and/or journaling practice to your weekly movement practice

  • Prefer a clear, seasonal structure that supports sustainable engagement
