Overview

The Resilience Membership is Zenyasa Wellness’s signature offering — designed for students who want more than consistent practice alone and are ready to build practical, life-supportive resilience skills alongside embodied and contemplative work.

This 12-week membership integrates three complementary pathways:

  • Embodied practice through Zenyasa® mindful movement
  • Inner wisdom practices through meditation and journaling
  • Resilience skills training through DBT and ACT group coaching

Together, these pathways create a structured, whole-person approach to navigating stress, uncertainty, and change with greater steadiness, clarity, and flexibility.

Whether you’re continuing from the Intro Membership, or joining at the start of a new semester, Resilience offers a clear, supported container for meaningful integration and growth.

What's Included

During the 12-week semester, the Resilience Membership includes everything in the Foundations Membership, plus structured resiliency skills training and support.

Foundations Practices

  • All Zenyasa® movement classes (Foundations I & II and 5-Elements I & II)
  • Weekly Meditation Explorations
  • Weekly Journaling Explorations
  • Monthly Community Workshop
  • Access to a growing Member Resource Library
  • Replays for all included classes

Resilience Skills Training

  • One 6-week DBT or ACT group coaching program in Term 2
  • Access to companion micro-courses that support weekly skills practice and integration
  • One Resilience Skills Workshop per semester

You’re welcome to attend as many sessions as feel supportive — live or via replay — and to shape your participation around your energy, schedule, and needs.

Access, Scheduling, & Enrollment Details

The Resilience Membership follows the same seasonal rhythm as all Zenyasa Wellness programs.

  • Live classes and coaching groups follow a weekly schedule across movement, inner practices, and skills training
  • Participants typically choose a primary cohort for DBT or ACT groups, with recordings available for flexibility
  • All live sessions are recorded and available for replay
  • Course materials and recordings remain available for 120 days from the date of enrollment, allowing time for review and integration beyond the live semester

Because access to digital materials and course content is provided immediately upon enrollment, this program is non-refundable once access has been granted.

This membership is designed to support flexibility, not pressure. You’re encouraged to participate in a way that fits your life and capacity, choosing among available options to create a routine that meets your needs.

Who the Resilience Membership Is For

This membership is a good fit if you:

  • Want a comprehensive, integrated approach to resilience — not just isolated practices
  • Are ready to build practical emotional and psychological skills alongside embodied movement
  • Value learning within a supportive community of fellow practitioners

  • Are looking for greater consistency and exceptional value compared to enrolling in individual programs
